Advocate Saral Sharma is a Delhi-based arguing counsel with a multidisciplinary practice and over a decade of experience in White-Collar Crime, Corporate & Commercial Disputes, Insolvency, and Family Law.
He regularly appears before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, NCLT, and NCLAT, representing individuals and corporate stakeholders. His practice covers economic offences, investigations, bail and defence strategy; commercial and shareholder disputes, contractual matters and domestic arbitration; insolvency proceedings; and matrimonial, custody and maintenance matters.
